Residence Officer, Property Management
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Residence Manager and ensure the efficient operations and management of the assigned Estate.
- Provide a high level of service and attend to residents needs/enquiries.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- SHATEC or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level qualifications.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service / front desk / concierge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and also fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking residents
- Able to work on rotating shifts
