Residence Officer, Property Management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Residence Manager and ensure the efficient operations and management of the assigned Estate.
  • Provide a high level of service and attend to residents needs/enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • SHATEC or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level qualifications.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service / front desk / concierge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English and also fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking residents
  • Able to work on rotating shifts
