Residence Officer, Property Management


  • Assist the Residence Manager and ensure the efficient operations and management of the assigned Estate.
  • Provide a high level of service and attend to residents needs/enquiries.


  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • GCE ‘O’/N’ level or SHATEC qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service/front desk/concierge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking residents
  • Able to work on rotating shifts
