Residence Officer, Property Management
- Assist the Residence Manager and ensure the efficient operations and management of the assigned Estate.
- Provide a high level of service and attend to residents needs/enquiries.
- Customer-oriented mindset
- GCE ‘O’/N’ level or SHATEC qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in customer service/front desk/concierge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking residents
- Able to work on rotating shifts
