Head of auction and sales, Joy Tan, noted that the unit provides a partial seaview from the living room, as well as views of the surrounding housing estate. She added that interest levels have been relatively healthy, and the development may appeal to investors due to potential tenants working at the nearby Changi Airport and Changi Business Park. It will also appeal to families with children studying at the nearby Overseas Family School, which is just a five-minute drive away.
