Our heartiest congratulations to GuocoLand for winning Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s 2019 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, an award which recognises and celebrates a diverse group of projects that showcase the best land use practice from across the region.
We are proud to announce that GuocoLand’s mixed-use development, Guoco Tower Singapore, has emerged as one out of the 10 winners, and is also the only Singapore project out of 15 finalists that was given this prestigious award.
